The Best Trailers From 2018 Comic Con

It's that time of year when geeks from all over the world hit the streets (and bars) of San Diego to party and nerd out about all of the news spilling out of Comic Con. Lucky for all of us that can't make the trip to SoCal, most of the major movie studios have been releasing the trailers that premiered online all weekend long so we took a second to rank a few of them.

5. SHAZAM!

Here we go again with DC. They've been trying to play catch-up with Marvel for a few years now, but this looks like it might bring closer than they've ever been. In what looks like a mashup of Tom Hank's Big and Superman it's set up to be a crowd pleaser. (regardless on how goofy the suit looks)

4. Godzilla: King of the Monsters

There's been a Godzilla movie almost every decade since the first one in 1954, and the second one of this decade. This time he's teaming up with Eleven from Stranger Things to get shit done. Of course this cast is studded with plenty of faces to recognize, but let's not kid ourselves, the monsters are the stars here.

3. Aquaman 

Another DC movie but this is a movie we've been promised since BVS  um Justice League? Aquaman is finally getting his solo flick after a few years of anticipation, and it looks promising. You can say it looks like Thor with a splash of Black Panther, but with James Wan directing it there's a ton of potential.

2. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald 

This one is for all the Potter-heads out there. This trailer looks epic. Looks like we'll get a lot more ties to Hogwarts than the first movie had, and we get a much better look at young Dumbledore. The first movie was meh, but this looks like it can be the one to jumpstart the series. 

1. Glass

So SPOILER Split was a sequel to Unbreakable from 2000. This movie is part three to a trilogy that's been 19 years in the making by M. Night Shyamalan. With Split being as good as it was and Unbreakable being way ahead of the superhero cure when it came out, there's no doubt that this will be a movie that changes the way we view comic-book movies. 

Euro Gotit - Posse Feat. Lil Baby

Everything Lil Baby touches is fire right now. This song is just another example of that.
